This is inspired by Dot who told me that as a young girl when she came hand picking in the hops, one of her abiding memories was seeing all the tracks left in the dewy grass. Large numbers of people were needed at hop picking then and as they made their way to the hop gardens in the early morning across a grass field, these woven dew tracks were left.
